The Leadership & Staff Development Division is seeking recently retired OCDSB teachers to serve as NTIP mentor-coaches to our NTIP teachers.

As part of the program, the District is required to provide a variety of supports including mentoring.

Mentoring will be conducted in a hybrid structure, which can include both virtual and in person meetings and classroom observations.

Opportunities for release time are provided for the new teacher and the NTIP mentor-coach to meet during the school day to work on specific aspects of the new teacher's development.
