At H&R Block, we believe that tax preparation is far from boring. Our team strives to create a tax preparation experience that keeps our clients coming back and recommending us to their family, coworkers, neighbours, friends, even enemies


Our busy season runs from the middle of February until May 2, so we try to get in as much laughter and as many tax returns as possible during that time.

This is where you come in.

We need a dedicated crew of seasonal part time callers who are hard-wired to give every client a customer service experience they will rave about.

Our part time callers are responsible for making great first impressions on our clients, communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.

They book appointments, and greet clients, like the client-focused rockstars they are.

Making our clients feel special and important is what motivates over 80% of our part time callers and tax professionals to come back year after year.

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • REGINA, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Secondary School (preferred)
