Mission:

Performed at Montreal and under the responsibility of the Activity Manager we are looking for our new EMV Analyst. The role will be to provide customers test & certification services in the payment industry.

Our customers are North & South American banks and we support them directly during their payment migrations (POS, ATM, debit/credit card, mobile and authorization systems).

Our certifications services include Visa, MasterCard, Interac, Discover payment brands. We work with an international team located worldwide (Taiwan, France, India, Japan).


ACTIVITIES

  • Provide tests and certifications services based on payment networks authorities certification requirements;
  • Support banks during their payment certification and provide guidance about the process;
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding issues;
  • Participate in cooperative tools to share team knowledge and experience;
  • Provide status updates to managers;
  • Work with an international team to support customer in others regions with their certification.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Asset: French / Portuguese)
  • DEC
  • Experience in the payment industry (asset);
  • Experience in testing & QA (asset);
  • Proficiency with MS Office Package
  • Analytical mind and shows interest in new technologies in the payment industry;
  • Curious, detailed oriented in the resolution of issues & bugs
  • Communication skills;
  • Proactive, autonomous and rigorous while working within a team environment;
  • Confidentiality over sensitive data;

Salary:
$50,000.00 per year
