    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide critical support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.


    The successful applicant will have strong knowledge of Canadian securities law, including proficiency in SEDAR+, Nexen, Ecore, Salesforce, CRM and provincial corporate registry websites. Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills are also essential for this role.


    • A Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent legal education is required for this position.  This should be accompanied by at least three years' experience in a transactional securities legal role within the financial services industry.
