About the Role:


Talogy is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help us understand the market and grow our share in the Talent Management space.


In this multi-faceted role with global reach, you will be working as part of Talogy's dynamic Product Marketing team to make our large portfolio of talent management tools shine.


The role is comprised of two key parts:
driving Talogy's market insight initiatives and building impactful product and solution campaigns.


Working closely with marketing, sales, product, and R&D teams, you will be the indispensable connector between the Talogy portfolio and the market.

You will use the market insights you generate to inform Talogy's key business decisions and build powerful campaigns that make an impact around the world.


Role Responsibilities:


  • You will be translating our complex service and technology products into clear, concise positioning and messaging
  • You will create attentiongrabbing marketing and sales enablement materials for our new and existing products and services
  • You will formulate powerful topical campaigns and work with marketing and sales teams globally to make sure they're executed in the most effective way
  • You will be the team's market insight expert, and you will optimize our global market insight systems and processes, working closely with a range of teams
  • You will build a strong partnership with sales, account management, product and marketing teams worldwide
  • You will focus on translating market insights into effective and actionable marketing and sales strategies, and use those insights to propel further product development working with the various teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • You have 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing or Marketing generalist role, where you executed campaigns and implemented gotomarket plans with results to show
  • You have previous experience in companies or with solutions in the B2B world that are related to Talent Management or HR more broadly
  • You have previously synthesized results of market insight projects into a deep understanding of the customer and the market and have used that knowledge to support product development and sales and marketing initiatives
  • You can prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects in a fastpaced environment
  • You have worked with various marketing systems, like marketing automation and market insights programs
  • You are energized by building relationships with people from different backgrounds, roles and global locations
  • You are selfmotivated and can influence the teams and individuals around you
  • You have strong presentation skills and are able to present data and insights
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and aren't afraid to change course when required
  • You like to think through complex issues and come up with effective solutions
  • You're analytical in nature, and can draw logical conclusions from different pieces of information
  • You're a strong communicator, both in writing and verbally

We work in a global team, and our time zone coverage might mean you might occasionally be working non-traditional hours like early mornings or late evenings.
