Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of program managers & support staff, addressing and resolving matters pertaining to the successful deliver of our overall programs.
  • Lead continuous improvement, optimization & team / account effectiveness initiatives as a whole.
  • Responsible for ensuring the implementation of effective account management plans, focused on expanded business or optimization opportunities. Tactical and longterm business planning through renewal and future tender phase(s).
  • Responsible for ensuring necessary programs are in place to achieve contract SLA's & objectives.
  • Address escalated situations within accounts.
  • Lead & support operational & strategic business development discussions.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders, building & maintaining strong, longlasting internal cross functional & customer relationships.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to consistently and positively contribute.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities & conflicting demands.
  • Effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (Clevel to entrylevel support roles)
  • Engage productively with all levels of internal Operations & Shared Services Teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service.
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations Leaderships on contractual and service / maintenance issues to ensure client needs are met.
  • Oversee new client onboarding & contract amendments and work with CMMS, SYCS, Senior Management to implement prescribed changes as per amendments.
  • Ensure Major Account Onboarding & Program Management Structures are optimized, consistent and repeatable.
  • Forecast, track and Report Quarterly through Major Account Business Reviews, presenting detailed analysis and trending of financials, work order management, performance, program risks, growth & optimization opportunities.
  • Participate / Lead both internal and external client performance meetings included,
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all job functions in a safe manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable HS&E company policies and government legislation/regulations.
  • Adhere to the Company's Quality System operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in relevant industry
  • Understanding of Building Systems in facilities management / service operations an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving aptitude
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English/French)
  • Experience working with/understanding of Work Order / Field Service Management Systems
