Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workforce planning, coordination with customers and contractors, and other operational activities.

Conduct project scoping and quoting for industrial clients, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.

Support and communicate with customers as a primary contact on industrial projects.

Ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.


Conduct annual performance reviews, job task observations, field level hazard assessments, and other relevant assessments to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.

Training and support of new staff members, ensuring safe operation of industrial equipment.

Advise team and lead complex industrial jobs on-site improving productivity and performance.

Resolve and record all employee-related issues, including disciplinary measures when necessary.

Report and investigate incidents, safety infractions, and non-compliance issues, participating in the development of corrective actions.


Consult regularly with operational supervisors and the procurement group to monitor inventory levels and ensure readiness to respond to customer needs.


Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

Solid understanding of hydrovac, vacuum truck, and pumping operations.

Proven knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, leadership techniques, and human resources management.

Experience working with and classifying hazardous materials / HAZMAT experience.

Familiarity with working in marine or confined spaces, as well as working at heights.

Certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods.

Related operational experience preferred, with knowledge of industrial/chemical cleaning, mining, and/or the pulp and paper industry.

A DZ or AZ license considered an asset.

Previous experience in the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset.

Valid G License.
