Position Summary
Mosaic is looking for Class Drivers to drive our branded trucks from the storage facility to activations across your market

As a Class 3 Licensed Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our food truck from our warehouse facilities to specific event locations across the city.

Prior to arrival, you will be responsible for checking all aspects of the truck and filling it with enough fuel to last the activation.

ensuring the water level is full and making sure the truck is in working condition for our activation.

Upon arrival you will ensure the trucks water level is full, confirm the truck is in working condition and is parked in the designated parking area.

The Driver will be required to stay on site during the activation and assist with the truck throughout ensuring level for the generator is good and everything is running smoothly.

Once activation is complete, you must empty all water from the truck to ensure you are able to drive safely and return branded truck and deliver them back to the storage facility.

Responsibilities

Pick up the truck and drive to specific locations across the city with some potential overnight travel.
Safely securing all the assets in the back via ratchet straps to prevent any damage while driving.
Planning travel routes, considering road constructions, traffic congestion and difficult weather conditions to ensure timely arrival.
Performing a full vehicle check before driving (Oil check, fluid levels, tire pressure etc)
Logging hours driven, distance covered, and expenses incurred.
Ensuring the food truck is parking in the best possible location at the store or event.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Must be fully available for training and program activation dates.
3+ years of experience as a Class 3 driver
A clean driving record, as well as truck and trailer maintenance knowledge
Advanced proficiency in using road maps and GPS devices.
Ability to drive long, irregular hours and to retain alertness throughout
Exceptional planning and time management skills
Indepth knowledge of applicable road transport regulations
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills

Please note there are other additional shifts that are still being confirmed that you will need to be able to attend

Wage
- $55/hr
