About the role

Join the Chief Information Officer team where we lead our digital transformation to accelerate housing affordability. In the role of Analyst, Partner Management, you will provide support for the ongoing management of technology partners.

You will support the development, management and implementation of processes related to technology partner management and helps to promote a strategic working relationship that is outcome focused.


This is a temporary position until July 11, 2025.

What you'll do:


  • Work on the delivery of large technology partner contracts that support CMHC's integrated business requirements including supporting the onboarding and offboarding activities associated with transitions.
  • Participate in the implementation of the processes and procedures that are necessary to ensure that partner technology products, services and related activities are delivered in accordance with CMHC's Risk Management Framework to mitigate reputational, financial and operational risk for CMHC.
  • Work with technology partners to ensure their daytoday operations are aligned with CMHC requirements.
  • Participate in the implementation of the processes and procedures that are necessary to ensure that partner technology products, services and related activities are delivered in accordance with CMHC's Risk Management Framework to mitigate reputational, financial and operational risk for CMHC.
  • Maintain trusted business relationships and ensures the alignment of processes, procedures and workflows to support the achievement of strategies, goals and direction of CMHC and partner activities.
  • Collect and collate performance data and produces regular reports for quality measurement; supports the Specialist, Partner Analyst in the collection of audit data from the partners.

What you should have:


  • Minimum of one years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with vendors in the delivery of service within an information technology organization; including vendor performance reporting and evaluating Statements of Work.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting data and metrics to prepare reports and briefing materials to support decision making.
  • Ability to effectively follow and execute established processes and procedures in accordance with CMHC policies.
  • Financial analysis skills, and experience conducting research and analysis related to technology vendor management.
  • Intermediate knowledge of technology products, services and security issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
