What you will do:

  • Design and quote precast products
  • Provide a high level of customer service support with product expertise and advanced selling skills
  • Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with Wolseley customers
  • Develops new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions to potential customers;
  • Identify business opportunities that offer growth potential and align with business goals;
  • Contribute to a positive work climate through building trust, communicating openly, and working collaboratively at all levels of the business.
  • Regularly monitor and measure the efficiency of implemented projects and initiatives; (training)
  • Collaboration for growth with sales team on existing customer share of wallet; complete sales calls with sales associates as needed
  • Maintaining strong communication with vendor partners or identifying opportunities, marketing trends and training needs
  • Provides feedback and recommendations on new products, services, and market conditions to customers, and branch management

What you will bring:

  • CAD and MH PRO trained
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in a similar role, preferably within a wholesale distribution environment
  • Must be computer literate, knowledge of AS400 system would be an asset.
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service;
  • Knowledgeable of industry products;
  • Must have excellent telephone skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment;
  • Highly organized in prioritizing work and multitasking;
