Mississauga Toyota is currently looking for a Full-Time Service Advisor to join our busy team.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they come in for service inside the drivethru to initiate the repair order process
Review history and current vehicle data with the customer to promote required service and recommendations
Promote monthly service specials
Obtain diagnostics and estimates through communication with technicians
Accurately document client concerns, initial costs and contact information on the repair order
Keep clients updated with vehicle status
Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to the customer
Document approved repairs and update promise times
Review all written notes and charges on the invoice once repairs are completed and prior to billing
Review and ensure all open RO's are closed as quickly as possible
Cash out guests once their service visit is completed
Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management

Requirements:

Experience as a Service Advisor
Thorough understanding of vehicle design and maintenance
Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset not a requirement
Strong sales and customer service skills
A Driver's License, a Clean Drivers Abstract and a Criminal Background Check are required
