Wage:
from $18 to $27 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Requirements:

Education and Qualifications: The applicant is required to have completed secondary (high) school graduation certificate or completed an apprenticeship program for bakers for several years or several years of commercial baking experience.

Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a commercial Baker. As a Baker, you should have experience in preparing cakes, bread and other pastries from scratch, purchase baking supplies and ensure the quality of products.

Language requirements:
English.

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins and other pastries.
Prepare special and custom orders made by customers
Bake mixed doughs and batters
Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
Ensure quality of products meets established standards
Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
Purchase baking supplies and maintain inventory
Train junior bakers
Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods

Salary:
$18.00-$27.00 per hour
