We are seeking an organized and detail orientated individual to join our team.

As a storage specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our valued customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will play a vital role in sales, maintaining strong customer relationships and driving customer loyalty.


Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with reservations and rental agreements.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Establishing regular inspections of storage facility to ensure security and readiness for rental.
• Perform daytoday administrative responsibilities.
• Collect rental payments and follow up on delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a customer service solutions specialist or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong command of written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and / or as a team.
• Ability to work some weekend shifts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and able to learn new software.

Job Types:

Pay:
From $42,000.00 per year
