Today's Family Early Learning and Child Care is a non-profit, charitable agency serving more than 4000 children (and their parents and caregivers) in Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand and Norfolk and surrounding areas.

We offer a wide range of early learning and child care program opportunities by providing quality and inclusive care for children aged infancy to school age.

We take pride in celebrating diversity through food. Meal and snack provide children with a time to learn and socialize.

We are Seeking Accountable and Collaborative Cooks:
We are currently seeking a contract hour per week
Cook for our CH Norton program in Halton. Preferably, you will have previous related experience working in a kitchen and a Food Handlers Certificate. Culinary programs or courses would be an asset.

You practice safe food handling and preparation, appropriate allergy awareness and preventions, and health food choices supported by the Canada's Food Guide.

To be successful in this role you will need to be someone who is well organized and has a strong attention to detail in order to meet the demanding schedule of producing snacks and meals in our busy kitchen.

This is a physically demanding job requiring frequent lifting, repetitive motion and standing throughout the day.
