Kazoku Restaurant, located at 2579 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, MB is seeking to hire 2 full-time permanent Kitchen Helpers for a shift, day and/or evening.

$15.50 per hour for 35 hours/week


Duties will include:

  • Wash, peel and cut vegetables
  • Portion and wrap foods, package takeout food
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
  • Wash all dishes according to health regulations
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
  • Perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
