Description

Responsibilities:

Provide Liebherr equipment specific technical advice, guidance and troubleshooting to technicians and their customers.
Meet with customers for service issues, this also includes participation in scheduled customer service meetings.
Liaise with Liebherr factories for inquiries, technical questions, feedback and follow up closely to ensure timely responses.
Technical support of warranty and goodwill cases.
Support parts department for special inquiries.
Assure all service information and bulletins are clearly communicated to the service departments.
Advise supervisors and the training team about technical training requirements for technicians.
Advanced understanding of oil analysis, make technical recommendations based on sample results.
Ability to perform failure analysis on components.
Ability to use LiDAT, LISA and all other factories' software to review historical data and trends.
Maintain and update problem database.
Share technical information and solutions proactively with the service departments
Other duties as assigned or required

Competencies:

-
More than 7 years of direct Liebherr equipment experience
:

Previous experience using LiDAT and LISA is required
:

Must be able to read, write, and speak in English in an effictive fashion
:

Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components
Demonstrated diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, component exchange, repair and warranty related activities
Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings
You are able to effectively communicate detailed and complex information in a clear and concise manner
You are selfmotivated with the ability to work alone, unsupervised for extended periods of time
Fully proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite
