We have an exciting role on our


Specific accountabilities of this role:
Daily Operations

  • Own a set of daily/weekly reports to help the organization understand realtime impacts or changes to the business.
  • Facilitate the utilization and adoption of daily operations reporting to drive efficiencies across the organization and ultimately improve business performance.
Trade Management

  • Develop tools and processes to better analyze total Trade spend
  • Create and maintain event ROI database and analyze for ongoing Trade efficiency efforts.
  • Create compelling content and insights supporting strategic price and promotions planning
IBP (Integrated Business Planning)

  • Optimize existing reporting and processes for Sales Strategy with the goal of improving efficiency, accuracy and achieving net sales targets.
  • Facilitate the utilization and adoption of IBP processes and reporting (i.e. not just the creation of a report, but the how of integrating the findings into the daytoday)
Organization Insights & Analytics

  • Evolve the team's insights capabilities by leveraging automation, improved data structures, new report creation
  • Staying current on new analytics approaches in external environment and integrating relevant ideas into the organization.
Annual/Strategic Planning

  • Support annual trade allocation and target setting process.
  • Support the commercial planning process through connecting the Strategic Plan with the individual Customer plans
Education/ Skills/ Knowledge Required

  • University Degree required (business, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or statistics preferred)
  • 13 years Analyst work experience
  • Advanced Excel and/or Access skills. Other data management platforms an asset.
  • Knowledge of the CPG industry and marketplace pricing and trade dynamics
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically with a datadriven mindset.
  • Demonstrated creativity in identifying the "so what" from multiple sources of information
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to "tell the story" from business insights
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, disciplines and levels
  • Testing required during interview process
