Qualifications:

Grade 12 Diploma or GED.
Strong computer/data entry skills; detail oriented.
Demonstrate interpersonal, listening and questioning skills.
Customer focused, results oriented, strong work ethic.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of Dashwood product and/or windows and doors an asset.

Responsibilities:

React in a positive, respectful manner to all team members, customers and prospective customers.
Identify and document the wants, needs, desired results, problems and essential facts of each call/inquiry, redirecting to the appropriate person/department if necessary.
Assist in the development of special product requests and pricing.
Review, accurately prep, and process orders in a timely manner.
Ensure changes/cancellations are processed timely and efficiently.
Prepare background information and work with scheduling to ensure jobsite deliveries are accurate and on time.
Develop and process management approved RM's/credits.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
