    Job Title: Correctional Officer

    About the Job:

    We are seeking a qualified Correctional Officer to join our team. As a correctional officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of detainees in custody.

    This is an on-call position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to maintain order and discipline within the detention facility.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to remain calm under stressful conditions.



    Duties And Responsibilities:

    • Maintain control over detainees at all times

    • Take charge of searches with RCMP members when required

    • Prioritize cleanliness in cells while also organizing meals for prisoners along with their activity logbook maintenance,

      • some key responsibilities include monitoring CCTV cameras regularly across areas where they're assigned.",
