***- Maintain customer accounts as assigned.
- Ensure timely issuance of billings.
- Prepare manual invoices as required.
- Sort and mail invoices to customers.
- Processing of credit card payments
- Liaison with customers, Sales, Client Services & IT staff re: pricing/product discrepancies.
- Timely processing of approved customer credit/rebill adjustments.
- Ensure customer accounts are fully reconciled on a timely basis.
- Call customers for outstanding payments on overdue accounts.
- Monitor customer aging and follow up on invoices in question to resolve disputes and hasten collection.
- Maintain customer files including contract history and a record of all customer interactions.
- Perform other related duties that may arise or be assigned.
RELATIONS WITH OTHERS
- Internally, the Billing and Collections Analyst interacts daily with the staff in Finance, Sales, Client
- Externally, the incumbent liaises regularly with the accounts payable departments of customers and
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Diploma
- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles with two years in a computerized accounting
- Experience with SAP Systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

- Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new programs quickly and use them efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes of responsibility reflective of the business requirements.
- Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and schedule daily activities while working under tight time constraints.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to deal positively with all levels within and outside the
