About This Role

• As a licensed insurance advisor, you will be responsible for selling health and dental, travel and life insurance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position involves handling inbound calls from new clients interested in purchasing our products. You will also make outbound calls to existing customers who have shown interest in discussing their options with us. In addition, you will assist clients through online chats and other digital channels to provide advice and discover client needs.

• Handle new client inquiries via phone or chat about health & dental, travel and life insurance options.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including sales analysis data through an online system. 


• Meet performance metrics on monthly quarterly annual basis ensuring high levels of quality service are met consistently across all touchpoints both verbally nonverbally digitally virtually whenever appropriate speaking persuasively while fostering relationships between parties involved ensuring continuous engagement growth wherever possible finding solutions which help everyone succeed together
