Responsibilities:


  • Prepare periodic outreach plans based on the assigned educational institutions and/or organizations.
  • Develop relationships with key contacts at potential recognizing organizations providing them with the necessary technical information about the exams and support their internal decisionmaking processes for recognition approval.
  • Schedule and lead meetings (virtually and in person some travel may be required) with highlevel stakeholders and prepare and give presentations.
  • Enter all pertinent information in databases and/or CRM in a timely manner, including new contacts and accounts, as well as record upcoming meetings, communications and responses.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder focus including good networking and relationship building skills.
  • Competency in standard IT and CRM software packages, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.
  • Experience working in higher education institutions in the Canada.
  • Familiarity with university or community college admissions processes.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Master's degree.
  • Effectiveness customizing and delivering presentations.
  • Experience in admissions, international affairs, student services, or intensive English programs in higher education.
  • Experience with international students in higher education.
