Key Responsibilities

• Manage successfully the set up and market implementation in the local market.
• Oversee daily activities of all departments across the local business.
• Ensure compliance to all CAFU policies and local regulations and requirements to ensure safe & regulate operations in country.
• Responsible to manage all risks and opportunities.
• In collaboration with HQ (UAE) determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, and oversee those personnel processes.
• Establish effective processes and ways for working between local markets & CAFU HQ (UAE)
• Full P&L ownership, responsible for positive growth and constantly driving market share in the local markets.
• Develop framework and structure for franchising and licensing model across the territory to onboard, grow and have ultimate oversight for producers and operators within the local markets.

Requirements:

• Business Cycle management product development, M&A, JV and P&L leadership.
• Previous experience with Oil Market Company within the regional ecosystem is a plus.
• Relevant experience operating businesses in the regional market.
