ECHO Power Equipment (Canada) is a well-established, premier supplier in the outdoor power equipment industry in Canada.We are currently seeking a talented sales professional, dedicated to providing service excellence and support to our dealers in the role of:
Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor (French/English)
The Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor will take an active role as a Leader in Sales and Customer Service and provide training, coaching and direction to the Customer Service team to deliver _
VIP service_ to our dealers across Canada.
Specifically Accountable for Customer Service Functions:
- Lead the customer service team to ensure customer service exceeds beyond the expectations of our customers.
- Ensuring orders are processed in the system in a timely and accurate manner (i.e. correct pricing, terms, tracing shipments)
- Responding promptly to customer service and sales order inquiries.
- Build lasting customer relations that result in creating the best solutions for their needs.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales territory managers for further development and closure.
- Answer the incoming calls to the customer service department in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, further developing a thorough understanding of our customers' needs and requirements.
- Special projects and assignments as required.
Inside Sales Supervisor Functions:
- Source new sales opportunities through a newly develop outbound sales program.
- Responsible for driving sales through enhanced customer experience and ensuring our brand promise is clearly conveyed to our customers.
- Working with various departments, responsible for ensuring the online store content and product offering is current and updated daily.
- Development and maintenance of online store
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Managers to develop yearly booking programs and in season sales programs.
Leadership functions:
- Orientation, training, coaching and mentoring of staff including but not limited to sales, product knowledge, policies and procedures and computer system.
- Daily assignment, scheduling and monitoring of duties.
- Work in coordination with the National Sales Manager for discipline measures, goal assignment, additional external training, and performance reviews.
Key Qualifications:
- Community college diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Prior Supervisory experience
- Demonstrated selfstarter with strong multitasking and time management ability.
- A willingness to show positive leadership, to provide guidance and coaching and to delegate and monitor meaningful tasks to your staff while creating team spirit.
- Advanced level in Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills being able to initiate change and be highly adaptive.
- Selfmotivated, passionate and high energy level with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Strong systematic thinking skills a must
- Efficient and effective problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
- Experience, knowledge and/or interest in the outdoor power equipment industry (an asset).
- Bilingual in French and English a requirement
