- This is a Full-Time Permanent career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office located at 1661 Portage Avenue.
- A minimum license level 2 is required. Completion of CAIB is preferred.
- Existing licensing in Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon considered an asset.
- Current knowledge in all aspects of personal lines is required; knowledge in commercial lines considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of habitational, life, automobile, small commercial, property, liability and insurance principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships virtually with key business partners, staff, and clients.
- Interest in learning about Canada's diverse Northern culture and building relationships within the Northern communities to foster referral sources and build Hub's reputation in the North.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up regularly with prospective clients along with strong evidence of initiative is required.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.
- Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Proficient with Broker Management Software System; Experience with Epic preferred.

The Opportunity
As the Multi-Line Account Executive for the Nunavut region, you will be building upon existing relationships and developing a larger footprint for Hub within the territory and helping to grow our referral network in the North by building relationships with clients and community leads to gain an understanding of the Northern way of life.
The Multi-Line Account Executive is responsible for identifying client needs, educating clients of the organization's insurance products and maintaining a high-level skill with client relations while being accepting and appreciative of different cultures and practices.
