The Knox Contracting Group is looking for a motivated Marketing and Content Creator/Coordinator to join our team.

This role will be responsible for the creation, publication, and organization of digital and print content for a company or organization.

They work with various departments and stakeholders to develop content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing and Content Creator/Coordinator may include:

Social Media

• Producing media that is engaging, informative, and entertaining for a specific audience.
• Create content for various social media platforms such Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn etc.
• Creating visual content such as videos, images, and graphic
• Posting and scheduling content to various platforms
• Engaging with the audience and responding to comments and feedback.

Content Creation

• All company Photography and Videography
• Creation of video marketing and short documentary style videos
• Capture the progress of all major projects.
• Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

General Responsibilities

• Developing and managing a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the content strategy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Researching topics and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Brainstorming and developing creative ideas for content
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and using this knowledge to improve the company's content strategy.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that content is aligned with their needs and goals.
• Develop brand awareness.
• Communicate openly and effectively with Team and Leadership
• Create/maintain a calendar that Managers/Team can refer to in order to see what promos, specials, featured products (etc) are upcoming.

Character Traits, Skill, and Qualification

• Ability to take direction and multitask.
• Selfstarter who is not afraid to take initiative.
• Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit and outgoing character, detailoriented, selfmotivation, and flexibility
• No formal education is necessary.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content for various audiences.
• Previous experience in content creation and video and photography is necessary along with a strong background in social media.

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
