We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious IT Strategy Business Analyst who's not afraid of a challenge, who's passionate about innovation and new technologies, and who's willing to make a difference to the company's success by putting in the work themselves.

You will be part of the IT strategy team, whose responsibilities range from establishing the IT roadmap to selecting and implementing new software.

You will be involved in multiple cross-functional projects where your role will be to transform business needs into IT requirements.

Responsibilities:

Support all departments to define and refine their needs in terms of distinct IT requirements
Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to select and implement new software products
Manage several projects simultaneously, whether large or small, and coordinate progress between all parties involved
Participate in the functional analysis and implementation of new software
Prepare detailed test cases based on functional requirements
Lead the testing of implemented solutions
Research potential new solutions to meet business needs
Carry out gap analysis between new solutions and those already implemented

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or equivalent
14 years of experience in an IT Strategy Business Analyst role is an asset
Excellent communication skills
Organization, efficient, multitasking and detail oriented
Must be discreet, reliable, and highly disciplined.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team
Demonstrates strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Ability to synthetize complex ideas into welldefined requirements
Analytical skills enabling independent resolution of complex problems
Advanced knowledge of Excel, and Database systems
Previous experience with IT software implementation is an asset
Previous experience in retail is an asset
