Full Time Experienced Medical/Cosmetic Receptionist - Cosmetic Dermatology
Beacon Dermatology is located in a new state-of-the-art building, centered around the concept of light. We are a centre of excellence for medical and cosmetic procedures. We value a positive work culture in which each person's personal aptitudes and interests are fostered.
We are looking for a dynamic, personable and goal orientated Medical/Cosmetic Receptionist to join our amazing team.
-Have a strong interest in the field of dermatology
-Experience using an EMR. We use HealthQuest
-Role is primarily checking in patients and booking patients, intake/consent forms, cleaning/prepping laser rooms, answering patient questions over the phone and in person, monthly inventory, assisting product specialists and laser technicians, data entry.
-Be a team player, have exceptional customer service, communication and phone skills.
-Have a positive, outgoing personality
-Be solution orientated
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Experience working in a busy dermatology or plastic surgery office
-Be able to work Monday through Friday. Starting as early as 7:30 am. There will be evenings and weekend work for training and clinic events.
-Group benefits are available after 3 months of successful employment.
