The Role: HHC Sales Associate At Rexall we are community difference makers We are leaders in health and wellness and a talent destination for over 7000+ Rexall team members Together we are defining better health through innovation service and living the Rexall values Talk about a dream team What you will be doing Arrange sales of medical equipment and conduct fittings Ensure that all customers after sale service requirements are being met Answers phone inquiries identifies and resolves client concerns Appropriately issues refunds handles customer complaints according to Rexall protocol Stock shelves inform the purchaser when inventory is low Keep knowledge of HHC related products services current attend in-service product training when applicable Complete all required paperwork other administrative requirements in a timely professional manner How you will succeed Training certification in at least 2 of the following ostomy compression garments insoles orthopedic braces trusses toilet seating catheter prosthetic walker fittings etc Computer skills including Word Internet Excel POS software Functional technical knowledge of mobility equipment general HHC supplies Strong interpersonal communication skills required Punctual reliable Are you ALLin
