This full time position supports the culture of SKH Dentistry and their team of committed dental professionals.


Our well established practice focuses on clinical and service excellence, effectively partnering with our patients in the proactive management of their oral health.


Key result areas include:
team commitment and capability, overall practice management, patient experience and satisfaction, social responsibility and risk management.


Role accountabilities:

  • Continue to build and support a team of committed professionals
  • Foster team engagement and performance
  • Exemplify practice commitment to superior patient experience with attitude, verbal and written expression, and approach to problem solving
  • Facilitate regular meetings for management, clinical, and administrative teams
  • Oversee maintenance of premises, interior and exterior
  • Facilitate scheduling of functional teams
  • Oversee practice financial performance, payroll, service contracts
  • Computer systems troubleshooting

Skill requirements:

  • Post-Secondary education, experience in business administration, human resources, dental/health care
  • Computer proficiency and strong administrative skills
  • Ability to be a liaison for team members, patients, and suppliers
