    Dynamics CRM Developer
    Contract Duration 6 Months

    Job Overview:
    Our client is looking to upgrade its existing tracking tool to MS CRM Dynamics 365.

    Implementing a Client Management System would help with:
    Dynamics CRM Developer will be building strong internal partnerships to broker solutions informed by research.
    Furthering government priorities set for the branch to complete in defined sectors.
    Better tracking and understanding of red tape issues experienced by businesses and individuals and to better respond.
    Making it easier to meet ministry key performance indicators (KPIs) to reduce red tape by tracking and recording compliance cost savings, hours saved, and the change in regulatory compliance requirement (RCR) counts.
    Dynamics CRM Developer will be developing twice annual red tape bills supported by partner ministries.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
    Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages.

    Must-Have:
    Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, Views, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.
    Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins, and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.
    Expert knowledge working with Dynamic CRM SDK, Dynamic CRM Web API, Organization Services, OData Standard, Fetch XML, and XRM Toolbox.
    Experience building custom portals using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular-JS, TypeScript, Azure App Services, Web Jobs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integrate with Dynamic CRM Online.
    Building complex SSRS Reports on Dynamic CRM online for on-demand and scheduled reporting.
    Expert knowledge of Cloud Security Principles related to Dynamic CRM such as Azure AD B2C Authentication, Okta Authentication, CRM Business Units, Teams, and Roles management.

    Nice to Have:
    Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript
    Working knowledge of DevOps, task boards, pipelines, etc

    Technical Skills
    Experience with Agile methodologies
    Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design
    Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration, and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
    Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
    Working knowledge of Dataverse design and development
    Working knowledge of development in Azure technologies
    Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript
    Working knowledge of DevOps, task boards, pipelines, etc.
    Report and Data Migration
    Working knowledge of creating SSRS Report and CRM Word Template Knowledge
    Communication Skills
    Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to solution documentation, user manuals, reports, reviews, assessments
    Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user-friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
    Ability to communicate designs and development in a clear and understandable manner

    Note:
    Hybrid Role- 3 days per week in the office
