Trueline Moulding is currently seeking a self-starter energeticSales person to join our team.
Trueline is a locally owned manufacturing company producing wood interior finishing products for new home construction in the Okanagan valley.
Job description and responsibilities:
As
Sales person you will be responsible to perform a wide range of duties listed below including communicating with customers and staff members.
You will be trained inhouse for a few months with the ultimate goal of transfering you to do outside sales.
Your job will include the following duties:
- Estimate material and timelines as per respective work order.
- Prepare and estimate project costs and provide customer estimates.
- Estimate changes and review final reports to ensure accuracy and adjust where necessary.
- Working with staff members to coordinate orders and delivery of material.
- Coordinate with contractors.
- Follow up phone calls to customers.
- Walk in customers support and attention.
- Provide support to the outside sales staff and evetually become one.
- Insure orders are entered correctly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing to strive and learn new skills.
- Detailed oriented with good organizational skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent numerical skills
- Must communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong negotiation and prioritizing skills.
- Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Construction industry back ground is an asset
Job Types:
