Overview

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the EPM is responsible for Estimation and Coordination of all assigned project details to ensure all projects operate on time and within budget.

The EPM oversees all aspects of the assigned projects and collaborates with Construction team members, Finance, and Engineers to monitor and track progress, and ensures the project stays organized and delivered to quality standard.

Core Competencies & Qualifications
Strong negotiations and problem solving skills

Thermal and structural design knowledge in building envelope

Commercial fenestration product knowledge

Excellent organization, written and communication skills Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management Course certified AutoCAD with minimum 2 years of experience High proficiency with MS Office Suite

Proficient English

Valid Driver's License

Duties
Prepare accurate cost estimating and construction schedule in conformance with award documents

Create and maintain up-to-date and accurate documents

Review the overall project design and specifications

Oversee and process client or contractor change requests and amendments Manage and direct production of all required submittal documentation and samples Issue and submit all documentation required for engineering design

Manage all material purchasing for the project and assist with project close out packages

Issue and manage all shop fabrication and production releases

Provide monthly progress billing documents

Other technical office support as required by the project team

Jobsite coordination

Salary:
$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
