Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, etc.
  • Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
  • Broker load listings into TREB MLS.
  • Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required
  • Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
  • Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner.
  • General office tasks as required.
  • Available to work flexible hours/evenings and weekends a
    MUST
