Part Time Administrator - Richmond Hill, Canada - Century 21 Real Estate
Description
Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, etc.
- Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
- Broker load listings into TREB MLS.
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required
- Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
- Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner.
- General office tasks as required.
- Available to work flexible hours/evenings and weekends a
