Licensed Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team in downtown Langley.

• Handling a high volume of immigration matters in a fastpaced environment
• Maintaining Client Files
• Maintain manuals and computerized filing systems
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
• Reviewing files for accuracy and compliance to the requirements set by IRCC
• Perform other general and administrative duties as required with a strong focus on detail and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in English language both oral and written is required
• Proficiency in other languages is an asset
• Working knowledge of Canadian Immigration (required)
• Able to maintain and perform duties with client confidentiality, privilege, and discretion

• At least one year in a legal assistant role
• Experience in the Immigration field
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of Immigration Certificate Program (required)
