Their financial services transactional lawyers are highly respected and internationally recognized. They offer a broad range of legal services for both lender-side and borrower-side clients.

    Their practice is inclusive of syndicated lending, leveraged finance, asset-based loans, project and infrastructure finance, energy finance, equipment finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and securitizations.

    They regularly represent many of Canada's major financial institutions, as well as U.S., European and other non-Canadian financial services providers.


    Our client is now in the market for a highly talented mid-level Financial Services Associate to join their thriving financial services team of experts in their Vancouver office.

    Qualifications and Attributes:

    2-5 years of private practice experience working in corporate law and financial services with a reputable law firm;
    Syndicated lending, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitizations would be considered to be an asset;
    Strong analytical and drafting skills;
    Strong academic credentials
    Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams;
    Qualified to practice law in Canada.
