    Summary:

    The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for all matters related to the shipment of freight at the Marine Facility in Goose Bay, NL.

    The CSR is responsible for the daily activities of the freight office, while ensuring a high level of customer service to shippers.

    Maintain a high level of customer service to shippers
    Generate bills of Lading for freight shippers, collect fees for services rendered
    Prepare freight manifests prior to vessel departure
    Receive customer request by phone and/or email
    Data entry, filing documents, and other office duties as requested
    Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner
    Office Administration Diploma with 1-2 years Customer Service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related computer programs
    Knowledge of operating standard office equipment


    Assets:
    Client service orientated, including the ability to consistently interact in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. Strong organizational and planning skills
    however, preference will be given to qualified beneficiaries of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement.
