We are looking for an outgoing and positive individual to join our team in the role of delivery driver/ customer service associate.

We have an immediate opening for this part-time position and you will be responsible but not limited to:

Delivery:

• Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and coworkers both verbally and in written form
• Loading and unloading products in a safe manner using provided tools as appropriate (e.g. dollies, lifts, etc.)
• Must be able to drive various types of vehicles (small van to 3ton truck)
• Perform pretrip inspection of vehicle
• Physically fit hand bombing required
• Pickup and deliver various items and product
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
• Advise and support customers on other products and services available.

Warehouse:

• Picking and packing
• Unloading and loading orders
• Handling necessary paperwork
• General warehouse duties as required by your supervisor

Qualifications:

• Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract
• Clear criminal background
• Able to operate a delivery vehicle safely and follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 13 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Prior retail store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Professionalism in customer service
• Exceptional time management skills, and selfmotivated.
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Someone looking for a long term opportunity with possibilities for growth
• 3 ton truck driving experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred but not essential
• Safety footwear essential (not provided), all other PPE will be provided

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
