We are growing again and need a Forklift/labor to complement our team.

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts and other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and Materials for fabriaction.

This is a vital role in our Steel Plant distribution process, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.


Duties:

• Operate forklifts and other Plant equipment as required
• Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
• Move Materials to designated such as bring Raw materials into saw operator and fitters/welders.
• Verify inventory by comparing physical counts to system records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role
• Valid forklift certification/license
• Valid G Drivers License ,additional licensing an asset.

• Ability to operate various types of forklifts, and including Combi-Lift
• Proficient in basic math skills for inventory counting
• Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
