Quality Control Operator - Ayr - Unilock

We currently have an opening in our Ayr, Ontario location for Quality Control Operator. This key position within our organization will report to the Shift Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines is a necessity. This position is Monday to Thursday on night shift, 6pm - 6am.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products produced and packaged meets or exceeds Company Quality Standards.
• Monitor plant equipment performing necessary running repairs as required and report to the Shift Supervisor any maintenance concerns.
• General cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.
• Participates in the plant clean up at shifts end.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a labourer or machine operator in a manufacturing environment
• Quality Control experience
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office
• Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, and background check

• Hourly Range: $23.50- $25 Hourly. $1.50/Hour shift premium
