What Would You Do?


This role would require you to be onsite for the first 3-6 months with the potential for hybrid remote work thereafter.

Additionally, participation in an after hours on call schedule is required.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position would include but not limited to:

  • Recording, researching, resolving, and closing technical problems and requests in our issue tracking system.
  • Providing on phone or in person enduser support for client workstations and software.
  • Installation and configuration of operating system workstations.
  • Acquiring and maintaining current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies.
  • Documenting resolutions in an online knowledge database.
  • Escalate internally when required according to defined Escalation Paths.
  • Work with hardware and software support vendors for problem resolution and escalation.

What Do You Bring?

  • Possess a postsecondary education in a computer technology related program. MCSE, MCDST and/or A+ are not essential, but would be considered assets.
  • One to three years of experience in a customer service environment in a technical support role; call centre experience would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Mac OS, Android, Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), and Active Directory. ERP system software and SharePoint Services experience would be considered assets.
  • Self‐starter, team player, strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with tact and diplomacy throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking and communication skills are required to convey technical information in a non‐ technical manner to team members and employees. Spanish language skills would be an asset.
  • Strong technical skills and high learning agility.
  • Organizes work and information in a well thought out manner to deliver on specific tasks and milestones to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibits high levels of energy and perseverance on the pursuit of established goals.
  • Able to multitask to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
