    Senior Manager for Learning

    Job Summary

    As a Senior Manager for Learning, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences that support the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. You will work with a team of learning and talent professionals and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning programs and experiences. You will also evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a learning strategy that aligns with the organizational vision, mission, values, and goals
    • Guide and design the future state learning experience and UI for the enterprise, building a world-class learning environment that values learning as a core activity and embraces challenges, feedback, and progress
    • Establish best practices for the design and deliver learning solutions that address the needs and preferences of diverse learners, using various methods and technologies
    • Manage the learning portfolio, ensuring that learning programs are relevant, current, and aligned with best practices and standards
    • Partner with internal and external subject matter experts, vendors, and consultants to create and deliver high-quality learning content and resources
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as senior leaders, managers, employees, and customers, to understand their learning needs and expectations
    • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions, using various metrics and tools, and provide reports and recommendations for improvement
    • Manage the learning budget and resources, ensuring that learning initiatives are delivered within time and cost constraints
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in learning and development, and incorporate them into the learning strategy and solutions
    • Foster a culture of learning that encourages and supports continuous growth and development for yourself and others
    • Build a world-class learning environment that values learning as a core activity and embraces challenges, feedback, and progress
    • Cultivate a growth mindset, the belief that abilities and skills can be improved through effort and practice, among yourself, your team, and your learners
    • Demonstrate agility, resilience, and adaptability in the face of changing needs and expectations
    • Work closely with the heads of learning for Sales and Operations teams, ensuring the alignment of the learning solutions with the business needs and priorities
    • Collaborate with the heads of learning for Sales and Operations teams to identify and address the learning gaps and opportunities for their teams and functions
    • Share best practices and insights with the heads of learning for Sales and Operations, and leverage their feedback and input to improve the learning solutions to ensure alignment across learning strategies

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 1 year of experience in a senior or managerial role
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective and engaging learning solutions, using various methods and technologies
    • Strong knowledge and skills in learning and development methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as adult learning principles, instructional design, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, gamification, etc
    • Inclusive leadership, management, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
    • Working understanding of other talent motions including, leadership development, performance management, talent identification and planning, etc
    • High level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and deliver learning solutions that meet the needs and preferences of diverse learners
    • High level of analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions
    • High level of project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
    • Certification in learning and development, instructional design, e-learning, or related fields is a plus
