    Bilingual Customer Service Representative

    Permanent, Full Time

    Location: Oakville/Burlington (Hybrid – 2 days a week in office if located in GTA)

    Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-4:30pm hours/wk.)

    Salary:$54K + Up to 10% Target Bonus

    Company: Our client is leader in the manufacturing industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their team of professionals.

    Job Summary:

    You will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and following up on shipments etc. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude and outgoing personality with an excellent work ethic. You should have a high attention to detail and a passion for providing a high level of customer service.

    Duties:

    Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone.

    Administrative duties including: order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier service.

    Provide product technical support to customers.

    Work events and attend training sessions as required.

    Qualifications:

    • bilingual – English/French – (Spoken and Written).
    • School graduate.
    • Years of Customer Service Experience
    • Management experience.
    • taking 50-60 calls per day.
    • aptitude is a must.
