_Inside Account Manager _:

- is responsible for hunting, maintaining a pipeline and closing new logo business within a defined territory throughout North America. Focus is on SMB and Mid Market Accounts in the Corporate and Consultant Space"_

  • What You Will Accomplish
  • Work closely with supporting teams specifically SDR (Sales Development Representatives) and AE (Account Executives)
  • Educate and solution our offerings to new prospects
  • Meet and exceed quota
  • Develop an indepth understanding of customer's environment, workflow and how our solution aligns with their needs
  • Develop detailed QBR plans to drive expansion
  • Provide excellent service on a consistent basis and build strong new customer relationships, leading to a high retention rate
  • Prospect new logo opportunities within an assigned regional territory within North America
  • Manage sales cycles from start to finish
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and report forecasts weekly/quarterly
  • Uphold complete and accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Generate and promote campaigns and support programs driving product awareness and education
  • Execute Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Demonstrate excellent cross functional relationships with supporting teams
  • What We Are Looking For

  • There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
  • Previous experience working in a sales role
  • Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce would be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical, relational and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Motivated teammate with a selfstarter attitude
