WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Bilingual Customer Service Associate will have a direct impact on our Sales and Service group, responsible for:

  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries
  • Dispatching Service Calls to Field Service Technicians across Canada
  • Maintain Microsoft Navision ERP software logging, dispatching, billing
  • Work with Service Contract Administrator to ensure units receive PM calls
  • Generate reports for Sales, Service, and Customers

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You will bring a positive attitude with well demonstrated success in Customer Service


Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2 + years previous Customer Service or office environment
  • Strong Bilingual (French/English) verbal and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel and Outlook
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Currently using Salesforce
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
