    In this role, you'll work closely with the Network Designer to implement cutting-edge LAN and WAN infrastructure across MOH PSAP locations. Your responsibilities include crafting SD-WAN designs, configuring network components, and executing dynamic routing protocols. You'll oversee physical installations, coordinate remediation efforts, and enforce Firewall policies while ensuring seamless traffic routing. Testing configurations, implementing QoS policies, and maintaining accurate inventory records are integral parts of your duties. Collaboration with facility experts, configuring network monitoring tools, and providing ongoing support during project pilots are also key aspects. Additionally, you'll contribute to automation efforts, deploying identity management solutions, and setting up Out-of-Band management firewalls for comprehensive network security.

    The successful candidate will have:
  • Related degree in Computer Science with 7 years of experience in Network Engineering
  • OR an Electrical Engineering degree and ten years equivalent of network engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in configuring and migrating Cisco 9K and SD-WAN (Viptela), with a focus on troubleshooting.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and managing Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama on a daily basis.
  • Solid understanding of networking operations in VMware environments.
  • Experience with IPv6 implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IP communication and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
  • Knowledge and experience with Palo Alto technologies, including Panorama and XDR.
    • Also required for the role:
  • Familiarity with Nutanix networking.
  • Advanced knowledge of IP routing and Layer 2 protocols in data center environments, particularly with Cisco 9K switches.
  • Demonstrated expertise in VoIP, including implementing Quality of Service (QoS) for enterprise voice systems.
  • Competence in Windows and Unix OS administration.
  • Skills in network automation using tools like Ansible.
  • Proficiency in configuring networking devices through automation tools like Jenkins/Ansible and API scripting for various systems including Docker Containers, ELK/Elastiflow Stacks, Windows Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS (e.g., Infoblox).
  • Previous involvement in implementing and configuring Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager.
  • Familiarity with Netbox and Infoblox IP Management systems.
  • Prior experience with projects in 24x7 critical environments and operations.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
