Position Summary

As a Coordinator, you will coordinate administrative tasks with Project Managers, Jobsite personnel, and estimating.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate information to project teams, Clients, Vendors, and Sub-Contractors promptly.
  • Analyze and maintain accurate project data.
  • Organize electronic documents consistently and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain EPM software precision.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts to suppliers.
  • Support Managers in project procurement and tracking.
  • Expedite shop drawing packages for approvals and submission.
  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, customers, and team members.
  • Complete closeout documentation for submission to Owners/Consultants.
  • Manage prequalification documentation creation, updates, and tracking.

Qualifications / Skillsets

  • Punctual and Professional.
  • Experience in construction administration.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • EPM software proficiency.
  • Positive-minded team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Pay:

$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
