Finance Manager - Global Integration for our finance team.

The Role:
The Global Finance Integrations Manager is responsible for the project management of acquisitions integration by providing support, technical guidance, and training to a team of Finance processors and managers in a Tensoft/Microsoft Dynamics GP environment.

What will you do:
- A techsavvy individual with a systems orientation who can roll up their sleeves to ensure that acquisitions integration checklists and timelines are closely monitored.
- Liaise with the IT technical Great Plains staff to ensure finance system configurations surrounding business system issues, business rules & processes are being followed.
- Project management and full cycle implementations of Great Plains including business requirements gathering, review, validation & testing of the General Ledger ERP modules.
- Develop & update training documentation once system changes are made and lead short training sessions to educate the finance staff in understanding best practices.
- Great Plains Database cleansing and data manipulation for system migrations
- Develop adhoc reports and other tools as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What will you bring:
- CPA Designation and/or Project Management Designation is a requirement
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Previous integrations or systems conversion experience is an asset
- Consulting experience with best practices on Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 is a plus
- Tensoft Revenue Cycle Management (desirable)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Responds well to shifting priorities and demands through analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Solid understanding of Finance operations practices and partnerships with various department leaders.
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Directly supported the Finance Organization in a previous capacity
- 5 years + of relevant experience
- Ability to work in the office (Markham) at least 2 days a week
- Flexible hours and may be required to travel internationally
