    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintenance of the overall capital structure, including compliance with all lender deliverables and debt covenants;
  • Assist in the optimization of the overall capital structure through various financing initiatives;
  • Data analysis and monitoring of collateral to support corporate and line of business specific debt;
  • Partner with broader finance function to monitor cash and debt levels, including cash flow forecasting;
  • Participate in the strategic planning and monthly re-forecasting process;
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in treasury management processes;
  • Support with analysis and presentations for lenders, rating agencies and Private Equity sponsors
  • Ad-hoc requests from Private Equity sponsors;
  • Peer review internal models for various initiatives;
  • Special projects as required.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • CPA or CFA designation required
  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury and financial modelling including, scenario/sensitivity analysis, leverage scenarios, and financial evaluation
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large quantities of data to identify trends, assess commercial impacts, and communicate results or recommendations
  • Advanced modelling skills are required. Working knowledge of Python would be a plus.
  • Understanding of key valuation metrics e.g. IRR, NPV, leverage multiples etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with the Executive Leadership Team
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize, critically analyze, solve and where appropriate, escalate issues
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Advanced Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point
