The opportunity
In this new role, the Vice President & Regional Lead, Manitoba & Saskatchewan will have two key focuses: Leadership for Banking Centres within the region with accountability to execute on the Bank's strategic priorities, and building and launching
CWB's National Indigenous Banking strategy.
With a keen sense of business development and a localized approach to collaboration, the inaugural VP & Regional Lead, Manitoba & Saskatchewan plays a key part in developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Engagement of high performing teams who are confident ambassadors of the
CWB brand and deliver on the brand promise to clients of being "obsessed with your success". - Facilitating market awareness and productive relationships within the local business and professional community.
- Strong portfolio growth & performance in business and retail lending products.
- Strong, profitable portfolio growth in business and retail deposit products.
- Strong, profitable growth in full-service client relationships, inclusive of corresponding levels of banking fee income and wealth management assets under management.
- Sound risk management and operational practices demonstrated through solid credit performance and continuous compliance with parameters of
CWB's operational and regulatory risk appetite/policies/ procedures.
